Funny thing how none of those meanings apply to what Delta is doing

Correct usage of Delta Enhancements:

• former NW Y BoB offerings
• former NW cocktail selection
• WBC amenity kit, duvet/pillow, dishware
• airport signage/branding
• crew uniforms

Incorrect usage of Delta Enhancements:

• SkyClub
• Website
• Loyalty program for WorldPerk elites
• Communication via FlyerTalk.com to DL customers
• Award ticket change fees/redeposits
• AS upgrades
• PerkChoice tickets

I tend to agree they have done some good things, it is just they try to over market it, so the good is lost in the noise.

how about waved partner fee for awards for all members and waived direct ticketing charge for GM+? The changes aren't ALL bad and at least we get free upgrades on any fare...

I guess for SM members, WP elites didn't have that one taken away only to be returned at the DM level.

When they actually implement this I will consider it an enhancement. Right now its just a promise.

Maybe literally true, as NW had no cocktail mix. But if you broaden it to highballs the downgrading of gin from Tanqueray to Seagrams more than offsets the dubious pleasure of sickly mixes. And we also lost the Courvoisier VSOP in domestic F, so in my view both the best drink options are history.

For those of us who fly routes which routinely have UPG lists >40-50, it is utterly and completely useless. So...not for me (and a lot of others).

Enjoy the new uniforms, and new signs? ... who cares about the signs?

I guess you will need to enjoy the new drink selection since you will be in the back of the bus (paid fare) since there are no resonable rewards, rarely any upgrades, and no perkchoice.
