Just held two seats on the following: IAD-CDG-SEZ-CDG-IAD (Air France across the Atlantic and Air Seychelles from Paris to Mahe) July 1-10. Don't think I'll keep it, but was amazed to make it work on delta.com (had to do multicity). 80K + about $170 in taxes each

MSP-HEL and WAW-MSP this summer!
I booked this 12/29/09, but just saw this thread and thought I'd post.
I'm thrilled with the deal. 100,000 miles and F or BE all the way. And in the expensive summer time.
Routing MSP-ORD-AMS-HEL Jun 24, and returning WAW-CDG-MSP Jul 15.
A real SkyTeam mixture of DL,NW,KL and AF. I think I saw cleaner routes earlier in the month, but when I went to book this was the best I could find. Also, even as I was searching, some of the possibles were going away. Lots of busy fingers out there.
Looking forward to the trip.
The plan is to go from Helsinki (after wandering about Finland a bit) across to Estonia, then down through Latvia and Lithuania to Poland.
Romelle
I also was able to get mileage tickets for my son, wife and two grandkids - MSP-AMS after we noticed availability for this past summer. They had a great time.
No griping about the program here.
A number of years ago I wanted to go to Vienna. Got up each morning and checked out the 300-something days for new offerings. Took me several months but I eventually scored. I definitely think there is more availability now.

IAD-CAI - Finally Booked...
Recently booked two business seats for IAD-AMS-CAI-CDG-IAD for the first week of March 2010. Took 120,000 SkyMiles and $114.20 for taxes/fees per ticket. Flying KLM on the outbound and AF on the return. No Delta/NWA metal.
This was by far the most painful redemption experience I've had yet. Delta.com/NWA.com award calendars (including multi-city searches) were absolutely useless, and the usually friendly folks at SMS weren't terribly helpful, either. Ultimately, I found the seats through a combination of searches using Expert Flyer and the KVS Tool. Had to call SMS with specific segments/flights to book because I couldn't reproduce the itinerary on Delta.com or NWA.com.
Finding low-tier international redemption opportunities in C is really becoming outrageously painful...

3 FC ATL-LAS in June. I made a promise to take my wife and daughter there to see some entertainment they are dying to see. Not as good as SQ F (which the wife and I have done 3 times before) but it was quick, painless and had $15 in fees for all 3 tix.

July/August MSN-AMS (3-day layover)-OSL, PRG-MSN in C for 100K and $121. Booked Dec. 16.
I'm working on MSN-NRT (layover) then on to either SIN or HKG and return in C for Nov/Dec. We'll see if I find something on nwa.com before they shut it down. Right now the low-miles C availability MSN-NRT that was there a few days ago is gone from all the dates I've tried.

Sigh, I just don't get it. I am trying to book DXB-ATL-DXB starting with a departure date in the beginning on Feb and return at the end of Feb. I can get them via one way tickets but I cannot turn those one way availability into a roundtrip. One way is a shocking 230,000 miles at a medium availability level.

I think you misunderstood what I said. I am trying to get a roundtrip but am unable to get availability on a ROUNDTRIP at any level. One way(s) shows up just fine for the same dates.
