In a word - yes. I had been on the go since midnight eastern or 5.00 am Greenwich, so at 9.30 pm 21.5 hours the thought of trying to get a rental then driving in snow and ice and brutal cold for 4 hours on I-75 was too much for me and my wife agreed with me. Straight to bed in the Westin had much more appeal.
After long flights when I'm tired and jetlagged, I don't even like to drive home from MSP in bad winter weather.

A DTW SC attendant standing nearby didn't approve of my self-pour job (it was maybe 75% foam before settling down) and insisted on showing me how to improve my technique, so now I have two

Haha, the sad part is, I really only meant that I was just going to sleep but might not actually have fallen asleep by midnight
