Rubber bands? Standard rubber bands?

Nope, they are clear plastic bands that are similar to rubber bands. Been fiddling around trying to put it on my laptop bag.

There should be a slot on the luggage tag. Slide one end of the plastic band through the slot, then through the center of the other end of the plastic band. Pull until tight. That should connect the band to the tag. To place the tag on a bag, slide the free end of the plastic band under a handle/through a loop on the bag. Pull the bag tag through the center of the plastic band, over the handle/loop.

This is one of those situations where a demonstration is A LOT easier than describing it.

Thanks for your effort, but I may just duct tape it to my bag. LOL

I am too used to straps with buckles for my FFP cards.

LOL, sorry!

Let's try this.

Step 1: Slide 1 inch of the plastic band through the slot on the luggage tag.
Step 2: Place the 1 inch of the plastic band that was inserted into the slot on the tag through the center of the other end and pull until tight.
Step 3: Slide 1 inch of the plastic band through a loop on your bag or under a handle on the bag.
Step 4: Slide luggage tag through that 1 inch portion of the plastic band and pull until luggage tag is completely through the band.
Step 5: Pull luggage tag until plastic band is tight.

A. Tsk—the things kids get up to these days! You have to watch them every minute. Unless you’re teaching in the U.K., the punctuation goes inside the quotation marks. (But see CMOS 6.10 for exceptions.)
Question and exclamation marks are exempt from the above rule: http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/...tuation42.html

The MLA and AP stylebooks concur with the CMOS. (c.f. http://www.dailywritingtips.com/peri...otation-marks/)

Glad to see so many people voting for TalkBoard! For years, my grandmother always volunteered at the polls for election day, so the importance of voting was always drilled into me. As such, I always vote in every election.

I guess this is good news for those of us who are trying to grow a crop of pizzas. Hmm, I wonder if deer like pizza?

The dough is wheat, so technical you do grow it.

The toppings: read cheese and meat related toppings are another matter.
