I'm surprised your rapier wit didn't describe that as "the pair-y of fencing classes ..."

It's always a good idea to plan to depart ITH on Friday. I hope there's no Ithacation at this time of year to disrupt your plans to escape. (At least it's not Happy Valley.)

Perfect! I'll work my usual hours and will ask Mr Kipper to meet me at Federal Taphouse around 1745. It'll be my first trial at walking more than a block or two on my own since my knee injury.

I'm more concerned about the Ithacation on Thurs evening as I have to traverse NY79 from Whitney Point ... that hill down into Richford is sporty

the drive from Happy Valley to the MDT area is less than two hours; my trip from Ithaca will take close to twice that

If you are ever up for a weekend in Happy Valley, let me know. I'm always game for a weekend up there, as I can always spend some time working on my passport.

my sister is the PSU alum, and she lives in Oregon ... I have no compelling reason to go to that part of Pennsylvania

we have been watching a BBC series called “Happy Valley” which is obviously set in a very different venue
