I know you get a free bag with Delta AMEX card on Delta. What if you get status like Silver Medallion. Does that combo get you two bags?

Only on trips within US/Canada where Silvers get 2 bags free with card instead of 1 with status. For all other routes, it's not additive to your normal status benefits or class of service checked bag benefits. For anyone who has Gold or higher status, it does not provide any additional checked bags benefit.

"Silver Medallion Members who hold an eligible Delta SkyMiles American Express Card will receive a second bag free (up to two free bags at 70 lbs. or 32kg each) for travel within the U.S. and Canada."

Aside from the exception for Silver Medallions, this is the policy for the card and there is no +1 benefit if you already get one or more bags free --
