Lounge Access at BOG
 

Traveling to BOG this week and returning the following week. I'm reading conflicting info online about possible lounge access at BOG. Any chance of accessing the LATAM VIP lounge? DM traveling on a PS ticket (highest class of service currently offered by DL to BOG - no D1 currently). Everything I'm reading online (here and other forums) reference a business class ticket, which this isn't as one isn't offered. The DL app lists the LATAM VIP lounge but when selecting STE+ it shows as not eligible (understandable since LATAM technically isn't ST) - though it does reappear if "Sky Team Premium Cabin Passenger" is selected - not sure if PS qualifies.

Any recent datapoints would be appreciated - checked the LATAM partnership thread and came up empty unless I missed something. It's an 0900 departure to ATL so likely would not be spending a ton of time there before departure.

Although my experience is from October 2023: LATAM recognizes Delta Medallion Status (Gold and higher) for Lounge Access regardless of class of service (as long an international LATAM or Delta flight)

Just to follow-up on this: Yes, I was allowed entry at the LATAM VIP lounge this morning as a DM on a PS ticket in BOG. It’s a small lounge, across from gate A1, but nice selection of hot breakfast items and self-serve beer/wine. The agent at the DL counter proactively mentioned the lounge at bag drop.

One anecdote related to BOG: the Sky Priority line is located directly behind the self-serve kiosks and the regular line ropes around through the area too. You literally have to cross the regular line to enter SP as they were running perpendicular to each other. Once we figured that out SP was quick and efficient.

Half a year ago I flew on Delta Main fare as Delta Platinum: smooth access to LATAM lounge in BOG with +1 guest.
Will repeat this experience the day after tomorrow.

In Santiago LATAM has 2 lounges next to each other. The Delta Platinum and Diamond medallions qualify for the Signature lounge - the best one I have experienced so far.

i did access latam lounge in BOG twice in 2024 flying aeromexico main cabin (then upgraded to business at the gate) with my gf (no status) on the same ticket with me (DL DM)
it was an award AM BOG-MEX
aeromexico agent at SP checkin didn't know nothing about lounge access. but also in 2023 i did access latam vip flying aeromexico, so we went directly to the lounge, showed the two aeromexico BP and entered both with no question asked
