Unable to Log in to DL Website
 
I just got a call from a client with some new meeting times next week. I have to change my flights to accommodate. For the second day in a row I cannot log in to the DL website. It's instead asking me to find my reservation number and look up my reservation to make any changes. Today I also can't log in on the DL app. I am unable to log in on the phone app either. Have others also been having issues logging in to their accounts on Delta.com?

Thr app has been refusing for nearly 12 hours for me. Haven't tried the website.

Both the app and full website (Firefox browser) are working for me. No 2FA enabled as a datapoint.

Try clearing browser history/cookies/cache if not already done.

The website was working again earlier today for me. I was able to see the flights but I had to leave before I could make a decision and book the alternate flight.

I am back now and I can still log in via the phone app. I was able to change the flight I needed. But I can’t search new flights on the app. I deleted and reinstalled the app and still can’t search for new flights.

I’ll try clearing all the cookies on Firefox and Brave in the morning and see if that fixes these glitches.

No flight status queries are working for me on the website (Chrome & Firefox, cookies cleared on the latter) or in the app. Something is going on.

More of an app question, but did DL remove their inbound flight button, or “where’s my plane” from their most recent app update?
that was a useful tool to track if your flight would be departing on time, and it’s no where to be seen this morning ….

I think the answer is yes.

I use flightaware instead.

RE: tracking not working -> there is a LOT of bad code on the Delta tracking page, including using a "deprecated" (old) version of Google Maps, Qualtrics tracking code, and other stuff. Chrome/Safari/Edge Developer Tools shows this.
This could cause tracking to break on a host of computers, or those with corporate blocking stuff. (we now use a secure Palo Alto Prisma browser)

Two days after I made this post I stopped having issues logging in, except for maybe one afternoon for a few minutes. First day of flying today in a while and the app is being glitchy. It would get stuck in a loop when I tried to navigate to the Trip Detail or the Boarding Pass. Time to wait for an app update.

Definitely not having these issues on an iPhone on both AT&T and comcast at home. Version 6.4.

I had an issue with Hyatt today. Same exact thing.
They both use traffic analyzers and bot detectors from the same company.
So I'm going to err on the side of "blame the third party"

I do use a VPN a lot. I don't recall if it was active today. I'll keep an eye on that.

Same problem here and started a few days ago. Does not recognize my credentials on Safari on my iPad or on Mac. Does not recognize on Chrome on my iPad but works fine on Mac. App login works on iPad and Mac. I can login to my partners account using Safari on my iPad and on Mac, so it seems the problem lies with Delta.
