How do "claim" the MQM's?
 
So, I got an email from AMEX/Delta saying I got my 3rd status boost. OK great.
There is a link to view MQM's but the link does not work. White/blank page.

But in the email it says I can claim it... but when I login to the skymiles account, I see NOWHERE I can claim this.

what am I missing?

I always have to look this up on the AmEx Reserve thread… almost like that URL needs a sticky…

While it may not look obvious, the red box below in the email is actually a URL link.

I (and others on FT) have had issues with that URL—it just seems to direct to the main Delta Homepage. I have either had to find the URL on FT or find the link within the SkyMiles account section of Delta.com
