EZE Delays
I don't know if this is a recent fluke, as I've only flown DL a couple of times from EZE in the past ... but for the 4th time in about 8 days, the EZE/ATL flight (110) is delayed sufficiently so that there have been / will be a planeload of misconnects. The plane is typically scheduled to be on the ground all day at EZE, and instead, seems like it has turned into a severely delayed "day flight" the following day, arriving in time for a quite delayed return to ATL. I can't imagine the joy at ATL for people that get to spend the night at the airport, especially after flying from somewhere else, only to sit and wait, and wait, and wait, and maybe sleep a few minutes, and wait some more. Last night's (this morning's) 101 was showing "Boarding" on the DL website for probably an hour and a half - at least an hour.
Bad recent luck?
Chronic 764 Mechanicals?
Crew issues?
Anything else?

EZE isn't great with on time departures... however 4 hours delays is pretty bad.
Looking at flightaware for the past 2 weeks, there are three occurrences of approx ~4hr delays departing EZE for this flight. The inbound ATL-EZE doesn't exactly have a good record either.

As hilarious as it may sound, I used to fly AEP-GRU-ATL in the mid 2000s for a few reasons.
1. Much more reliable schedule
2. DL would use A330s on the GRU route and old crap 767-300s on the EZE route at this time
3. EZE is in the middle of mars whereas AEP is super easy to access from Recoleta.

I'm quite familiar with EZE, and have never seen anything like this.

Funnily enough, the only time I've ever had an unplanned overnight due to mechanical in my flying career was ATL-EZE on DL in September 2019.

EZE takes me 25 minutes without traffic, and unless there's some highway blocking protest, never more than an hour. I've never had an AEP trip take me under 30 minutes, and if the weather is bad, or something else is going on (like today) it could take forever and a day.

Meanwhile the agents @ EZE aren't sure what has been up, but they seem frustrated. At least I was able to get my connection changed first thing this morning before systems went kaput.
