Incorrect seat map on DL.com for the A339
 
There is one mistake on the seat map for the A339…in row 7, seat 7J, both the app and online show the seat is next to the window, when in fact it is next to the aisle! I know this as I recently flew in that seat! How do we get DL to change this to reflect the correct seat location?

It’s a known issue that has been reported multiple times on the forum.

Where do you see that in the app? On the website I see the seat shapes and layouts, but in the app it’s just nondescript squares.

Go to “More”, then “Aircraft”, then “A330-900neo (339)”, then “View Layout”, then look at Row 7 Seat 7J.

Ah, there it is indeed. It looks like it’s bringing up a webview for that, as opposed to the actual seatmap-for-a-specific-flight view that just shows squares.
