Looks like minimal or no cancellations.

It could be they got something right with crew scheduling after the eighty bazillion summer schedule changes they made this spring and the allowed reduction without slot loss in NYC let them redeploy resources better.
That and good weather.

Well, not a cancellation, but DL 985 (JFK-LAX) today changed equipment, so I was treated to an involuntary downgrade from C+ (which was a PS seat on the original Airbus aircraft) to a coach seat next to the lavatories on a 767.
Just another day leaving the Delta dream, and flying for business on a holiday since I have meetings in Los Angeles this week.

Not that I could tell. They jacked up prices for the weekend and did not seem to be able to fill the seats with all the pax that decided to change plans at the last minute. Prices on my flights went from B & Y fares at $700-$1000+ last week to under $200. All my flights had empty seats even after clearing non-revs. Did not even hear any announcements about needing volunteers for oversold flights going through the airports.

Definitely overworked some of the crew members because I had a 3 hour delay ex-HNL due to 'crew rest'.
For selfish reasons this worked out well because I'd say 10-20% of the plane did a free change right away (I assume originally transferring in SEA to other cities), which freed up a lot of seats.

No empty seats on my flights and I was my usual upgrade list 12 of 38 for 0 open seats in F in GRr-ATL on the way home. Did have a 5-10 minute boarding delay for the subsequent ATL-VPS leg because of a late-arriving FA but due to schedule padding and getting lucky with the runway option in VPS, we still arrived at the gate a couple minutes early.
