Fantastic Diamond Phone Line Agent: How to Further Recognize and Reward

Fantastic Diamond Phone Line Agent: How to Further Recognize and Reward

Last night I called the Diamond Line to make what I considered to be a very complicated booking that I wanted assistance/guidance with. It involved an international trip with 8 passengers (my wife and I plus 6 other adults), using my miles, cash, e-credits and a Delta Amex Reserve card mileage discount. Her name was Marya and she was based in the Cincinnati call center.

She was FANTASTIC!! She was pleasant, funny, knowledgeable, resourceful and made the entire experience, dare I say, enjoyable. I filled out the one question survey at the end of the call, but would like to further recognize her to her management.

Any thoughts on how to do so?

OP here: soooooo get this: at the suggestion of xjaehyun above I sent an email to Richard Cox, SVP of Reservation Sales and Customer Care for Delta. I wanted him to know how great Mariah was. NEVER dreamed he would 1) read it or 2) respond. Son of a gun if he didnt respond withing 45 min! Who knows. It may have been his admin. It wasn't an auto email however. It was personalized and referenced several things in my email. Just really impressed from start to finish.
