Drink Vouchers for 2023
Neither my husband nor I received any this year. I have called Delta on several occasions only to be told to refresh the app or sign out and back in and they would appear within 24 hours, but still none. Anyone else with the issue?

I got 4 drink vouchers for requalifying for PM and then another 4 just after 2-1-23. Every one of them with an expiration date of Jan31, 2025.

I got 4 when qualifying in Oct 2022 that expired 1/31/23, and I just got 4 more expiring 1/31/25.

On the phone with Delta again. This time the agent reached out to skymiles support and the vouchers were manually added to the accounts. Logged out and back in and there they were. Only took 4 calls!

Order booze while in main cabin on a domestic flight, open your app, tap the voucher, the FA scans the barcode in lieu of payment.

Even with a system glitch, you still have to contact Delta to get it resolved right now. I tried several times before the agent got to the right person and had the vouchers manually entered. I struggled to get her to understand the issue, but once she did, she contacted the team in charge of the elite credentials and benefits, and it was fixed in no time. No indication they were working on a system wide fix.

I have 12 expired drink vouchers that only show up when I pull up the website, if I pull up the vouchers in the app, it only shows my 4 valid ones. So I tried to use an expired drink voucher, when the flight attendant scanned it. It came up on her tablet that its expired. So just FYI be cautious when using the expired drink voucher, most likely they will not be able to be used.

only 4 vouchers for Diamond
Thanks for contacting Delta. I am very sorry about your drink coupons.
I spoke with a SkyMiles Supervisor today and could not see any drink coupons in your SkyMiles Account. After contacting the SkyMiles Desk we went ahead and added 4 drink coupons to your account. The agent stated it could take up to 24 hours for them to show in your account.
I hope you will accept our heartfelt apology. We deeply value your business, and your loyalty as a Diamond Medallion Member.

Update on this issue. My wife and I were both PM for 2022 and both requalified for PM for 2023. In February, I had checked both accounts to verify everything was as expected. Both she and I had four drink vouchers with a January 2025 expiration in our respective accounts at that time. Last week, I took my first flight this year where I was not in F or C+ and thought that I might want to use a drink voucher. Turns out I had none in my account. My wife checked her account and hers were also gone.
This afternoon, I called Delta to get them reinstated (having seen this thread describing the only way to get them back). The person to whom I spoke said all my vouchers had expired in January. I explained that I had some with 2025 expiration dates earlier this year and stated that one generally gets four drink vouchers for qualifying as PM. My experience - with many years as PM/DM - has been these have an expiration date consistent with the PM year.
She did the "call someone else" thing and eventually got the vouchers reinstated to my account. She also said that I did not receive any as a "welcome to PM" because I was already PM when I requalified for 2023 PM. I tried to explain that I actually had received them, as I had seen them in my account earlier this year and that the protocol she described has not been the way it has worked in the past however many years Delta has been giving out these vouchers.
Bottom line: I got back the vouchers that had been removed from my account (which seems to have been coincident with the "new and improved" SkyMiles summary graphics). Royal pain doing so, though...now we get to do the same thing for my wife's account.
