I suspect the PDB on Delta is largely a thing of the past. The flight attendants are used to the covid lifestyle and will threaten voting in a union if asked to provide better service. Management will enjoy the cost savings of less alcohol and beverages being poured.

50 percent, but to be fair some flights were republic and actually they were the best at offering. Now water at the seat has gone back to being consistent, though I miss the Dasani. I will say that I been in a lot of packed flights with slow boarding so maybe that is part of it

I reeceived a PDB on Republic on Wednesday (5/11). I was surprised to be handed a drink (I assumed the drink was for after takeoff). No PDB on my Endeavor flight (same day) though they did take drinks orders on the ground for inflight service.

They also seem to have the happiest FAs.

OO FAs may be even happier though. 2/3 of my flights this year have been on OO and FAs are consistently friendly, happy, attentive and professional. Wish I could say the same of mainline. It is actually enjoyable flying OO. Three years ago, I never imagined I would have said that, when cabins were worn and filthy and FAs would leave you scratching your head with some of the dumb things they would say and making up rules as they went along.

Weak! Tired of all the excuses. All this cost cutting, but Eddie earned over $12 mil in 2021. https://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta-air...BEJOMDPUIEI64/

I was on SkyWest CLE-DTW and Delta DTW-AUS last night (5/14). No PDBs, but the FAs took orders on the ground for drinks after takeoff.
