Two legs in FC this week, zero PDB. Just getting them to hang up sportcoat was hit or miss

Although I don't necessarily disagree with your conclusions completely. I think "will threaten voting in a union if asked to provide better service" is a gross over generalization and not fair to those who have no problem providing "better service".

50 percent, but to be fair some flights were republic and actually they were the best at offering. Now water at the seat has gone back to being consistent, though I miss the Dasani. I will say that I been in a lot of packed flights with slow boarding so maybe that is part of it

I reeceived a PDB on Republic on Wednesday (5/11). I was surprised to be handed a drink (I assumed the drink was for after takeoff). No PDB on my Endeavor flight (same day) though they did take drinks orders on the ground for inflight service.

At this time Domestic FC does not have PDB per service standards (just a preset water bottle) - we have been told it will be coming back in a town hall, we havent been given dates.

Weak! Tired of all the excuses. All this cost cutting, but Eddie earned over $12 mil in 2021. https://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta-air...BEJOMDPUIEI64/

Republic (whether it's DL or AA) seems to be the best at providing PDBs right now. I've gotten one on every flight since the mandate lifted (and even a few before that).

They also seem to have the happiest FAs.

OO FAs may be even happier though. 2/3 of my flights this year have been on OO and FAs are consistently friendly, happy, attentive and professional. Wish I could say the same of mainline. It is actually enjoyable flying OO. Three years ago, I never imagined I would have said that, when cabins were worn and filthy and FAs would leave you scratching your head with some of the dumb things they would say and making up rules as they went along.

Mainline on all three airlines is so uneven at this point that if I could fly E170/175s for all of my flights, I would. The service and professionalism of the regional airline FAs is just better. Pre-pandemic this wasnt the case, although Endeavor often had pretty good service (but of course that meant CRJs).

Im just reporting what I experience on the line and behind the scenes. I dont set the service standards - but I value our HVCs and I like interacting with everyone here.

I was on SkyWest CLE-DTW and Delta DTW-AUS last night (5/14). No PDBs, but the FAs took orders on the ground for drinks after takeoff.

Even PSA managed to provide a PDB.

Never thought I'd see the day where AA is better at providing PDB service than Delta.
