Still no PDB…

ALB-ATL mainline A320.
Requested a coffee from the flight lead; told they don’t do PDB before. I asked about the press release, was told it’s only over 900. Not going to push but will be writing in.

even if it’s policy, they’re still not actually doing it.

But per the updated/corrected news item, that's not supposed to be a factor in receiving a PDB.

yes I know. I got scolded on here being told that the press release was wrong and that it’s for all Cabins. But this NYC based crew seemed to think otherwise telling me that the press release was wrong.

oh well, I’ll get Delta to give me 10,000 miles for it. $100 worth way more than a coffee… their loss.

Strike 2

no PDB on ATL-GRR, 620 Miles, despite waiting 20 min for delayed baggage. Also told only 900+ mile get them.

Full PDB on JFK-BOS today (mainline not Republic) which is 187 miles — great BOS-based crew also managed a full drink service and multiple passes of the snack basket on a 38 minute flight

just goes to show that regardless of the ‘official policy’ of the airline, the crew can either leave you delighted or disappointed.

yes and I will continue to file complaint after complaint after complaint if I’m lied to. They’re not even saying “oh we’re running behind!”
they’re saying the website is wrong.

so someone is lying. So sure, keep giving me more miles.

Sort of full PDB service last night ATL -> NYC airport. FA made a quick pass asking if we wanted anything before takeoff right before we pushed back. I took him up on it but certainly seemed annoyed.

I think the flight was catered during boarding, 1R was open but couldn't see fully.

Current flight ex-DCA boarded early with ample, leisurely time while boarding, and no PDB.
Well - took the weekend off from flying and just hopped aboard a BOS-DCA leg. Back on this flight! First PDB (non-TATL D1) since the first days of 2020!

6/17 DL1160 LAX-ATL
6/17 DL1278 ATL-GSP
6/20 DL2248 GSP-ATL
6/20 DL0663 ATL-SNA
All served PDBs. Flight Attendants on all four were excellent.
