Wow Amazing experience with chat representative.
Hi,
I have been trying to fix my companion skymiles name for weeks. Finally fixed today so. Can add her number and request upgrade…
Even better. I had a flight change…. Not even that big of a deal…..
I was psyched to get R/T for 22,000 miles pp
EWR-ATL-MBJ…..
On CHaT I was able to change that flight to the Nonstop from JFK
That flight is over $1800 AND $2200 comfort.
Then I upgrade for $39 pp per leg to economy comfort.
I think that’s a great deal!!!
wierd go now the upgrade request is no longer there.
But for today great job Delta

So DL is now using bots to post on FlyerTalk. Interesting.
Who posts like that other than a bot? Odd language patterns and weird capital letters. Bots are all over every other social media site so doesn’t surprise me they’re showing up here.
