Delta Website Glitching
 
The website has been acting up for me for the last few hours. I'll try to check prices for an upcoming flight (I've been trying to pick an exact city pair to go from New Orleans to Baltimore, and I have some "slack" in my travel plans so I'm able to work with one of two or three days). However, I keep getting sent "in a loop": I'll enter the city pair/dates and then get kicked back to enter those again.

And again.

And again.

On two separate browsers (Internet Explorer and SRWare Iron).

I'm getting this error message as well:

Oh no! We’re sorry, but there was a problem processing your request. Please try again.#100900R
Does anybody know what's up?

By exact city pair, do you mean you are using multi-city to search? Searching using delta.com, or a third-party like ITA Matrix?

it's SCS (schedule change saturday) and all sorts of searching/booking functions are likely to be messed up

I was using Delta to check MSY-WAS, sometimes with nearby cities enabled.

Try clearing your cookies. I was having an issue a while back where I’d do a search for flights and get the results but if I tried to do any other searches after that it would show me a similar error. Both times this happened I cleared the cookies and the issue went away.
I’m not an IT expert but it’s worth a try maybe

I’ve seen this error before. Typically occurs late at night and/or when I have been doing numerous multiple searches. Sometimes clearing cookies helps, other times I have to wait until the next day, or book via the app.

Similar issue, award tickets I was looking at to Europe in September just literally doubled in price over the past 20 minutes (with cash prices increasing over 50%).

Can't even log into the website tonight. App seems ok but could not finish a booking I was attempting. Gotta love the weekend and DL IT!

This issue is happening now and it has been happening for weeks. it is not always on Saturdays. I was searching for flights NYC PDX in October and have been doing fine but now all of sudden I get this boring error.

Delta.com sucks. Why is it so bad? how can a multi-billion $ company have such a terrible web site?

Same here.....it will let me log in off my phone but not the computer.....I need the website not the app but will not work, hope ticket prices do not go up before I get a chance to book.

I cannot access the website by logging in. It is impossible for me to use any miles or eCredits on my phone, particularly AMEX pay with miles (since the app doesn't let you do it). Phone agents refuse to help too. This is utter nonsense.

same here. Can’t login since evening and getting same error.

next best option. I am at 4.30 hours on phone trying to book the ticket. Missing accomplished delta for the bs if they trying their best to drive customers away.
