"Next Gen Re Shop"
It seems Delta may have fixed one of the huge problems plaguing Delta.com - the inability cancel and make changes to many tickets online. Yesterday I went to change two different types of tickets. One was an old ticket which had schedule changes. These never used to be changeable or cancelable online in my experience. The second was a recently-booked ticket with no schedule changes. In both cases, I was sent to a page with "Nextgenreshop" in the URL. In both cases, I had the option to change to new flights, get an eCredit or refund to original form of payment without having to call. Hooray!

I recently made a change online to a complex multi-city itinerary to fix 3 different legs of the trips that had each been affected by schedule changes, and it worked. I was very surprised. I didn't pay attention to the URL tho

I didn't pay attention to the URL, but I was just able to rebook-in-place a ticket in SU and collect an eCredit, which pleasantly surprised me.

I booked a flight using a combination of a gift card and credit card and I’m able to get to the modify flight screen where you enter new flight info in the app. No longer do I have to wait hours to change a flight!
