You can absolutely get ORC for advance schedule changes, anything that's involuntary is eligible for ORC.

ORC would be applied to the entire itinerary IME, you can't pick and choose, but of course the segments originally booked on KE would have earned zero so they'll still earn zero.

Thanks everyone! Totally IRROPS and I have filled out the online forms to get the miles. I also have cases to reimburse me for my hotel (24 hour delay on the return) and I had used 2 RUC's to upgrade the MSP-BOS leg, they returned one and not the other. This is like the never ending trip!

Main cabin DCA-LGA round trip award ticket for 10,000 RDMs will earn 1,000 MQMs & 100 MQDs -- is my math correct?

How about CDG>FCO on AF and/or FCO > LHR on KLM? I used 10,000 RDMs for each of these flights booked with DL. Will I earn any MQMs for these 2023 flights?

If DL marketed, then I think yes. If AF/KL marketed (which I think is the case), then no. I will let others confirm.

Earn nothing. Also award are always booked as operating carrier. Till 2024 partner metal award doesn't earn anything. 2024 they will earn if booked using Skymiles.
