nice action by JFK T4 Sky Club agent
Due to knee issues and old age, I request wheelchair assistance (especially for the MONSTER size T4 with 3 level helixes between the terminal and plane). I got to JFK at T-2 hours, I had lots of time to kill, I was rolled to SC, at T-45 the SC called to request a WC and a "roller person" to get me to the gate/plane, when no one arrived in a reasonable amount of time a SC agent using a wheelchair personally began pushing me, on the way to the gate she encountered the "roller person" for me and I got to plane.
Question: I always tip WC rollers $5, had the SC agent pushed me to the plane should I have tipped her $5.
PS(PS): There are known issues due to a shortage of pushers at T4 where pax were left "stranded" for EXTENDED periods.

Are SC agents (reception desk, IROPs rebookings, etc.) allowed to accept tips? I know the contract bartenders and food service employees, including those who remove dirty dishes from the lounge can, AFAIK FAs and GAs aren't supposed to take tips from customers. Of course, some might accept tips even if their employer forbids it.
