Air France Flight canceled. Can I get my GUC back?
Delta told us to call back after Air France removed the flight from “my trips”
it’s now gone. Called back and the rep says it’s not possible to get the GUCs back (3 of them)
super lame if true.
anyone else successfully get it back after canceling a flight recently?

Yes, they can be reopened for canceled flights.
- Flexibility: If you have to change or cancel a reservation where an Upgrade Certificate has already been applied and confirmed, you will not lose the Certificate. You can either call Reservations to apply the Upgrade Certificate to your new flight, or it will automatically be reopened in your account within 2-3 weeks.

If DL doesn't give you the GUC back or honor it on a replacement flight, this would be grounds for a DOT complaint in that an airline cancelled a flight and failed to give a full refund, assuming that the flight in question touched the USA.

You can cancel yourself and get them back. Bad agent information strikes again.
