DCA-MSP Breakfast

If you said “let’s put a bunch of celery on top of a quiche” I would say “why”. Well it works. I really like this one. Sadly no breads catered but they included the jam. No FEBO, no PDB, snack basket passed while we were eating our meal, lazy flight crew who spent most of the flight loudly laughing in the galley.

Surprised that you didn't get a proper meal as I had gotten Wanders Boxes or cold plates for all times in the day but they were flights to or from AMS or CDG respectively for Cityhopper or Hop. Also if you re-read what I said originally, I'm saying that the meals (wanders boxes or cold plates) are not that good.

Branded IPA
Got a kick out of this branded Sweetwater IPA on a SAV-BOS flight yesterday. I know they've had Sweetwater 420 for a while but hadn't seen the branded can or the special brew (and it was pretty good!). And it was Comfort+, so free always tastes better

Generally, if there is a hot meal in one direction, they have them both ways.

Curious if anyone has tried the Spinach and Artichoke Rotolo?
The menu I see for my upcoming SFO-BOS flight (https://pc2c.mydeltamenu.com/SFO-BOS/) has chicken salad, short rib, or the rotolo option
Also curious about the dessert: Raspberry Mousse and Almond Genoise Cake with berry coulis - I don't think I've seen photos of that yet!

- Braised Beef Short Rib with red wine demi-glace, polenta, asparagus, roasted tomatoes, and shiitake mushrooms
- Green Chili Chicken Salad with arugula, black beans, grilled corn, roasted sweet potato, cojita cheese and cilantro lime vinaigrette

Today’s breakfast-quiche w/chicken sausage (had a bit of a bite to it, in my opinion). That’s celery, onions, & bell peppers on it. As my seatmate, who got the same thing said, the croissant was the best part.

I haven't had this one yet and I would give it a try......but the damn celery seems weird to me.
