Upscale meals wrapped in cellophane that you don't have to open with your teeth

Not a fan of the wooden cutlery. It reminds me of the wooden tongue compressors Dr's use. They trigger my gag relex and make me want to vomit.

I have a question for those of you in the know on all things DL...so, the last time I flew in Premium Select, the meal service was essentially a Delta One meal minus a couple of things. However, I noticed on the website that Premium Select meal service is now the same meals as in Main Cabin.
Is this a COVID switch or permanent switch? I looked at AA and UA and it appears they are still keeping the elevated meal service. It's not a deal breaker, just seems kind of cheap for DL.

JFK TATL D1 meals January 2022
Eastbound from JFK - Jan 2022:
Cioppino pre-order-only:

Cioppino with swordfish, salmon and sea bass with risotto and veggies; corn chowder, and a whole grain salad
Breakfast: choice of quiche or the oatmeal

Oatmeal with dates and raisins-quite tasty but then again I always enjoy the oatmeal dish on DL…
TATL westbound lunch
Pan-fried cod (pre-order-only, from AMS):

Pan-fried cod with baby shrimps in lobster sauce, potatoes, spinach and red onions..one of the better main dishes
Westbound TATL pre-arrival meal- choice of cheeseburger or the shrimp salad:

Does anyone have an ingredient list for the Domestic First meals?
I've gotten meals on a couple of longer flights in Domestic First this year, but I've found it annoying that there's no list ahead of time as to what the food might be or what's in the food.
Wednesday I asked for the turkey sandwich, but didn't eat it because of the pickles and mustard I was not expecting.
The food is already super cold as it is, I would appreciate it if we at least knew what we were ordering.
So, ahead of a Wednesday flight to El Salvador with family, could we get a list going of the ingredients used in various domestic first dishes?
I'll start:
