Does anyone have a preference between these two options on my flight to Tokyo next week? I don't know what "country Captain" means? Is the chicken on a bone? My husband has a weird thing where he won't eat anything on a bone, but if it is off the bone he can eat it...he also hates mushrooms and truffles, so that choice is kind of out for him, although I might like it. Thanks for any thoughts...ignoring the real world and enjoying this pressing problem in my life is good for my mental health

Choices for JFK-BOG. Has anyone tried the seared branzino yet? Any other suggestions on this menu would be welcomed!

We had the egg and Swiss in eastbound C+ earlier this year so they’re patently not upgrading the second meal in PS yet.

I'd pass on it if ever given that choice again.

Today’s 10:05am SEA-ATL lunch options were charcuterie, Hempler’s chicken salad, and the fennel flan thing. Not much uptake on the latter, as I didn’t see the FA walk by with those until he was serving row 4 - so assume the other two had run out. The chicken is essentially thick-sliced deli meat but serviceable for lunch.
The fruit side was actually a highlight: wedges of pear with blueberries and a bit of fresh mint and lemon zest.

DTW-SFO Dinner - Handmade Artichoke Ravioli
I had the artichoke ravioli for dinner on my recent DTW-SFO flight, and it was actually pretty good. The sauce was a little heavy and I would have enjoyed some extra tomatoes, but I'd probably eat this on the ground. The dessert was also quite good, though I'm unsure as to what exactly it was. I believe it was a berry gelatin on a vanilla custard, but I'm not confident. The FAs kept the light off all flight and I didn't feel a need to blind my cabin with the overhead light, so it was tough to see what I was eating.

My recent experience has been receipt of the choices offered about a week prior to the flight.
Some selections specify a certain minimum amount of time prior (e.g., 24 hours) to request a given meal.
