1/20/22. CUN-MSP on A321. F at window, still 11 seats left @ T-28.
Edit: this was also my first flight in 2 years on Delta due to pandemic, FA came by and thanked me by last name for my business.

Lowly Gold...
Upgraded two steps, then downgraded two steps... on the same flight! LOL
Prospective employer paid for my ticket over two months ago.
RDM-SLC-MCI
I think it was about two weeks ago that I got an email stating I was upgraded to Comfort+, and several days prior to the flight, to F on the SLC-MCI leg.
On the morning of the flight, my mobile boarding pass showed that I was in "First Class" but my seat was way back in economy! LOL I double checked with the gate agent and she said it was correct and that I can board with the actual F passengers. I was in an aisle, with the middle seat beside me as the only empty seat, apart from another one in C+. Gate agent said that the reassignment was due to an "aircraft downgrade." (Original aircraft was A319, and new aircraft was A319 as well!!!) Oh well...
The flight was delayed but I was just thankful the delay was less than an hour.

1/18 MCI-SEA A221, upgraded to FC at T+72.
1/18 SEA-SJC E175, upgraded to FC at T+72.
1/19 SJC-SEA E175, upgraded to FC immediately after SDC'ing to this flight, left with 4/9 FC seats filled
1/19 SEA-MCI A221, upgraded to FC immediately after SDC'ing to this flight, left with 5/12 seats filled
Can't complain after a 4/4 success rate this week. The MCI-SEA flights have been recently up-gauged to the A220 and both flights went out pretty empty. 18 passengers total on my SEA-MCI flight last night!

Silver medallion
ATL-DTW
1/24
A359
Upgraded from economy to comfort plus at T-24. Still a handful of C+ seats available according to the seat map. Should be a PS seat with standard domestic cabin service.
Between booking and auto-upgrade, the move to C+ was being sold for $138 and to First for $850. Glad I waited.

Diamond with upcoming JFK-MCO Thurs night and MCO-JFK Sunday night. I'm really surprised I'm not clearing into FC with 5 days prior. I've booked this tickets early and reserve card. Are that many people more booking C+ directly?
Friday flight
9 FC available 7 days prior to flight
3 FC available 5 days prior to flight
1 FC available since
Sunday flight
13 Available 7 days prior
3 available 4 days prior
3 available since.

January flying complete. Here's hoping for better success once my outright PM earning status kicks in on February 1st. At 50%, it's one of my worst success rates for a month since I started flying again last April. PM here, all solo flying on paid MC itineraries except where noted.

4/4 for FC upgrades in January, all with companion.
1/21 - SEA-HNL, A339 at 5 day window
1/27 - HNL-SEA, A339 (RUCs)
1/29 - SEA-ATL, A333 at 5 day window
1/29 - ATL-STL, B739 at 5 day window
Good start to the year, and have 2 more segments on 1/31: STL-MSP and MSP-SEA. The latter is on a D1 equipped 752. For as badly as the pandemic has impacted my travels, I must admit that I've enjoyed the domestic lie-flat upgrades over the last couple years.

PM w/ Reserve card.
01/20 - BOS-ATL - A321 - NX fare, C+ at booking, F at 5 day window.
01/20 - ATL-TUS - A321 - NX fare, C+ at booking, no F seats available until DOD then 1 opened up, #5 of 28.
01/23 - TUS-ATL - A321 - NX fare, C+ at booking, 6 F seats available DOD and I was #6 of 26, then got bumped to #7 at gate.
01/23 - ATL-BOS - B752 - NX fare, C+ at booking, F at 5 day window.
I was 100% for C+ at booking and about 80% for F in 2021. Hopefully once the "earned" hierarchy goes into effect I'll see more than 50/50.
