RSW is in the very early stage of a major terminal expansion and revision. I haven't seen anything to confirm, but some DL agents at RSW strongly believe that a SC will be a part of that project. DL carried 2.3 million passengers out of RSW in 2022 and keep in mind that about 10 days of early October were canceled due to Hurricane Ian. Apparently RSW is [one of] the largest DL station in terms of passengers that is currently without a SC.

One of my buddies who works at MCI for another airline was able to see inside and said the SC is pretty much ready to go. Some minor things left, but it should definitely be ready.
ETA: Another friend posted photos from the SC and it looks really nice! The SkyDeck looks cool and the rest of the area looks to have seating from the north to the south, along the east windows, with the buffet along the west wall of the lounge. Some of the design reminds me of the MIA CL when it first opened in 2015.

Flying out of RSW yesterday, there is a lot of steel going up above the gate level at the C pier, used currently by DL and UA. I strongly suspect that is a future airline club or maybe even two separate clubs, one for DL and the other for UA.. Spoke with a gate agent who said it is still in the rumor stage at this point. But that's a lot of construction going on above the gate level. For those familiar with the DL gates at RSW, this is above the currently closed off gates C1 and C2.

Any update on when the new permanent BOS Terminal E SC is suppose to open? The current SC “Express” is pathetic even if temporary with the VS Clubhouse also closed.

Anyone have any info on the JFK A gates club? Flying through in a little over a week and it'd be nice if it's open by then.

New permanent BOS E SC opening 8/15
Just visited the basement SC “Express” at BOS Terminal E and the agent told me the new permanent club is set to open 8/15 (2 weeks).
