E-credit expiration date
 

Is the expiration date for e-credits (and unused e-tickets) the date by which flights have to be booked, or by which they have to be taken?

My understanding is travel must be completed by 12/31/22.

Drat! That means that I'll need to take at least one more international trip in 2022 (or book domestic travel in F, but it's not worth the cost). The credits are from travel cancelled in 2020 and cancelled again in 2021. What a terrible burden, having a reason to travel abroad an extra time....

Call and ask. A while ago an agent said domestic flights had to complete travel by the expiry date but international flights had to be booked by the expiry date. You need to get it clarified and documented.
