Award tickets go back to the original SM account. Revenue tickets are an ecredit to the passenger.

Today is the final day from what I've seen. The DL website seems to be updated to mention no change fees for main cabin or higher now.

Sorry for 'flying' in the dark after being grounded by the pandemic, but does this rule apply to a D1 ticket achieved by using GUCs?

Not sure what you're asking... the discussion in this thread was that Basic Econ tickets are changeable if booked by April 30... after that its no changes or refunds.

Other tickets from main cabin up can still be changed with no penalty other than fare difference if the price went up.
