Bragg tags?

To those of you that think having tags on your bags is bragging, I disagree. I spent a lot of money with this airline. I want the employees to know that. I don't care what fellow travelers think (most of the haters are probably just jealous anyways). As for bragging, I wonder how many of those that call them brag tags have a nice car like a Porsche or Cadillac? Is that bragging? No it isn't.

I appreciate my loyalty be recognized. A good crew does that without having a tag on my bag. And in general, delta crews are pretty good about that.

I just don’t like, or see the point, of bragging about all the time I’ve spent away from Home and family. a baggage tag isn’t a accomplishment, its a reminder of the business that has created an amazing life for my family- but also all the sacrifices that have come with it. I feel like that’s a sentiment, of trade-offs, that other business travelers can relate to

That’s like asking is flying first class bragging. No of course not, but if you constantly run your mouth about it that might be bragging.
To use the Porsche analogy, IMO a better comparison would be the guy who wears a Porsche hat everywhere he goes. Just drive your boxster and enjoy it.
There are plenty of DMs out there and unless you have a 360 tag your revenue probably isn’t worth ‘DYKWIAing’ about.

Do lowly, lowly Silvers still get tags? I've seen conflicting information; I made it in September and still haven't received them, if so.

Yes, and they seem to arrive at unpredictable intervals. I think I was sent about 5 sets of silver tags over 2 years.

Was there ever a photo posted of the culprit? Read a few pages of the thread, but nothing.

It's not a threat, it's a promise. Of a few laughs.

Thank you! I read more of the thread this morning. What really makes it special is that they were custom embroidered at his own expense.
