IIRC, LATAM has removed PPT <-> IPC from its schedule. And, IPC <-> SCL has not restarted with regular commercial service due to Covid.
I had a paid ticket to IPC in early 2021 which got cancelled.

Following to hear updates.
I've played around with Delta's award engine and even for short domestic flights within Brazil there is very very little availability and sky high prices (Example charging 30k skymiles for same domestic Brazil route United is charging 15k for Azul and AA charging 7.5k with Gol). Best deal i've seen is MIA-SCL in Y for 25k skymiles, but no award availability in J even many months out.
It's so hard to book LATAM these days, only 2 years ago space abounded in both BA Avios and American Airlines, now Avios only has extremely limited spots, so much so I wouldn't even consider it an option, and LATAM was completely removed from AA.
Theoretically you can still book through Qantas as well, but availability is about as tight as a fiddle for most routes.
Its a shame LATAMs Pass Program doesn't have partners (other then marriot which i dont really count). TPG has speculated on their blog LATAM may add a US transfer partner in the next year to raise money. This would be big news. For many routes 5-7 hour direct routes from Mexico City and Miami LATAM is the only option.
Their retrofit 767-300 has a great hard and soft product by latin standards, even if the 2x2x2 is becoming a bit outdated for a 6-7 hour flight it feels luxurious compared to Avianca and Aeromexico's aging recliner seats and bad service.
Hopefully in the next year or two they will sort it out. LATAM is a big loss because the alternative for American expats living in Mexico and other latam countries is either intl layover in the US total PITA, or take some super inferior product on Aeromexico, Avianca or even worse, the dreaded Copa, the worst J product possible in the world.
My guess is they will. Demand for J in inter-latam flights is low, even precovid biz class always had empty seats. I can't imagine LATAM would want all those seats going spoiled. I believe they will eventually open up space to partners, and cross our fingers maybe latam pass will join as a transfer partner for chase, amex, citi or cap one. Lets hope so!
Of course LATAM still has some really good sales in cash for J, as long as its roundtrip or open jaw. Try booking through their peruvian, brasilian or colombian site sometimes the price is cheaper then the US version.

Yeah, it really is jarring to see how many fewer award seats on LA are available through DL compared to BA. I keep hoping it's only temporary and things will pick up in the next few months, but who knows.
