Unable to make flight changes with small collection through Delta.com?

Anyone else getting thrown out to the booking page each time they submit a flight change with payment? TIA.

P.S. Call to the DM line took 6m50sec to fix, and the charge was waived.

Sounds like you get further than I can... my flights don't even show the 'change' button, or if they do and I try I get an error that due to a schedule change I need to call.
