Very sorry to read this. While I was not fortunate enough to know Dave personally, he always brought great value to this fourm and will certainly be missed.

Yep, he sure did. He always traveled around of the world. He visit 80 countries.

Actually, he only went to 49 states.

PS. When I know him. I met him in ZRH. He flew with me. He came onboard the aircraft and he saw me. He & I flew out ZRH to ATL.

Does anyone know the story of how he became friends with Howard Stern? Was Stern originally a customer during some trip to Pittsburgh?
