Singapore Reservations Line often can be reached with little to no hold time.
+65-6336-3371

Suggestion to use Skype or Google Voice - both offer rates of 1 cent per minute.

Direct line for SINRES stopped working around November 2021.

For travel within 48 hours, see: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta-air-lines-skymiles/2063929-faster-delta-call-back-number-1-855-548-2505-within-48-hours-departure.html

1 (800) 835-9154 is a number that has worked for many members. It is unknown what specifically this line is used for.

This number also stopped working around March 24, 2022.

1) Yesterday, an agent replied just 30min after I replied with "representative". However I thought the chat wasn't working (because there was no auto-reply) and had already closed the browser window at this point.
2) The chat bot is once again working properly and replied with "Your conversation will be assigned to a specialist as soon as one becomes available" etc. However, after 5 hours and frequent prompts to reply "yes", no agent was seen so far.
Yesterday I had the same experience as 2 above. Another annoying Delta enhancement.

Friday at 11:50a pacific stated wait on PM line was 54 minutes. Actual call back was about 40 minutes, but was cut off (not call failed on my end) while she had me on hold. So back into the queue

This might not be the right thread for this, but I'm wondering what everyone is seeing for response times from comments sent through the web form. I sent in a mileage credit request in late May and still haven't seen a response. But this morning I sent a complaint about a long flight delay (flight attendant called in sick) and got an almost immediate response with a $100 flight voucher offered as compensation. I assume today's immediate response was automated, which is fine with me.

Got lucky today, called in ~11:15am PDT, no callback offered, but agent picked up around the 20 minute mark, and seemed like the varsity team (knew exactly what to do for AF GUC upgrades)

I still have never heard back on a web form comment I submitted in late April, regarding an incorrect accelerator posting. However I recently made a web form complaint about slow response times (both web form and phone wait times) and got a phone call literally within 15 minutes from someone, who although they weren't able to offer much beyond apologies and the explanations others have mentioned receiving (i.e. nothing new to add there). They did say they researched my April case and that (1) accelerator promo issues are apparently being handled by a dedicated team (2) there was a record of someone replying to me already (but which I never received) (3) she resubmitted a request to the accelerator team and told me to email them back if it doesn't get resolved.

But sometimes I CAN get the modify to work in those cases, and I just change it to some future "holding" flight to preserve the value. Got to love what you have to go through to fly DL these days. (And thank you no change fees or we wouldn't even have that option!)
This is actually a really good idea, and I can't believe I didn't think of it myself. Just "change" the flight you intend to cancel to some ultra-cheap main cabin placeholder at EOS, get an eCredit for the difference and then "change" the placeholder again later when you are ready to book something else. Good stuff.

At» Delta Flights (airlinesinformation.com) the cover page notes Official Delta Airlines Travel Partner, 1 minute wait for "reservations, cancellations and flight changes...I'm sure some "scam" is lurking in the background.

Official Delta Airlines Travel Partner

Not going to lie despite saying them saying they’re a partner/claimed travel agent their website kinda looks just like a run of the mill travel scam site to pray on the desperate —akin to a tech support scam.

Let’s be honest though, the smart way to book travel on Delta rn is through Amex travel. That way if it gets screwed up you can just fix it with them instead —also doesn’t cost anything.

Do any passengers or DL employees want to share Ed’s personal email, work extension and/or cell phone number so we can reach him directly?

USA Today says it’s [email protected] although the article is kind of old (2011) and was before Ed was CEO.
