Virgin Atlantic: 49% + joint venture
Aeromexico: 49% + joint venture
LATAM: 20% (I'm pretty sure they closed on this a few months ago) (joint venture is pending approvals)
Hanjin-KAL/Korean: 10% + joint venture
Air France-KLM: 8.76% (Delta made an announcement in 2017 that they were going to buy 10%, at the same time as AFKL buying into VS and MU buying into AFKL, but I can't find any confirmation that ever happened) + joint venture
China Eastern: 3.55%
I'm not finding that Delta owns any of VA. But they do have the JV with them on flights between the US and Australia.
I'm also not seeing that any foreign airlines have a stake in Delta.

Considering their traffic is 100% longhaul, I'd be surprised if they don't fully park their fleet with new restrictions going up daily with different countries.
