Did DL get more gates at SEA for this summer? They're also adding one frequency on SEA-ANC/AUS/MCO as well. That's all on top on the other adds they've done so far this year.

I sure could have used this in '18 and '19 when I went to DFW every other week for work

This is outstanding. I grew up in Columbus (Go Buckeyes!) and moved to Texas during high school. As such, I frequently visit both and now I can skip SLC/DTW/MSP.

Yes, good news for those of us here in CMH
I will be particularly interested to see the flight schedule. Will help with options for those of us flying out to OR for the Ohio State-Oregon game this September

I'd sure love to see a SkyClub at CMH!

Rumor has it it's coming when the new terminal is built, hopefully this decade

Fabulous news all around, Dallas was a huge gap in the network!

Not sure of frequency, but it's available for sale now, and significantly cheaper than connections through MSP or DTW if you don't mind the departure times. And it's on an A220.

DL2488 SEA to CMH 10:30pm - 6:00am
DL2468 CMH to SEA 7:15am - 9:25am

It's filed as daily year-round for now but they'll probably make it 5 or 6 weekly after the summer season ends (most of the other midcons are run at that frequency)

Please bring back Cleveland..... Frontier just doesn't cut it.

PR from DL: https://news.delta.com/delta-seattle...ns-summer-ever

Bonus treat in the release:

"As Seattle’s global carrier, Delta plans to launch nonstop service to London-Heathrow in 2021. The route expands the airline’s lead of offering the most global destinations from Seattle than any other airline, with London joining Delta’s existing nine international markets. The service also complements partner Virgin Atlantic’s twice-daily service and offers customers the choice of three daily flights."

The war for Seattle escalates to new heights, and nonstop fares from Seattle to London will fall even more.

Side note: It's sometimes surprising to see how large of a hub SEA has become for DL - the PR says that they'll operate 190 flights a day this summer.

Nope, but the SEA-CMH flight is a redeye, so that frees up a gate for a late evening arriving aircraft at SEA.

They can always use bus gates, if necessary.
