VS metal - DL or VS ticket for max MQMs?
I'm flying JFK-LHR and want to maximize my MQMs.
I've been out of the game for a bit, but back to Gold now.
Am I better off booking with DL flight numbers or VS?
And if you have an opinion on Premium (DL) vs Premium Select (VS), I'm all ears.

Doesn't matter for MQMs - DL or VS marketed (ticketing carrier doesn't matter) will earn 150% for Premium Economy fares. MQDs are going to be based on marketing carrier - VS marketed will earn 30% of distance flown in Premium Economy whereas DL marketed will earn based on your ticket cost (less taxes).

Put in another way -- JFK - LHR is roughly 6,880 miles round trip. Both VS and DL would earn 10,320 MQM.
To purely maximize MQD
If base ticket price > $2,064 -- Book DL
If base ticket price < $2,064 - Book VS
To purely maximize MQD
If base ticket price > $2,064 -- Book DL
If base ticket price < $2,064 - Book VS
