My daughter just told me she is 3,000 miles from making silver elite. She just finished a long trip before Christmas and probably didn't check earlier. Her bad......... But is there anything she can do at this point?

She can check in her profile for “elevate your status” which might allow her to buy the 3,000 MQMs at a high price. No guarantee.

Aside from the aforementioned "elevate your status" offers, which are typically in significant excess of what one actually needs, there is likely nothing that can be done.

on the plus side, Silver elite isn’t particularly valuable.

Silver is the gateway drug to chasing status. ;) Useful to Delta, not so much for pax.
