Both legs were on 757s. I am used to these numbers from ATL --> SFO, but not to MCO.
Not really surprised by this. Only ATL is really like this from MCO. Literally any other city to/from MCO is much easier for an UG than ATL is

10/51 for 0 seats today LGA - PBI as a DM on L fare. I've consistently been around 10 on my domestic upgrades this year (or I clear at 5 days). Seems a bit crazy.

Some decent results from my most recent travels (as a PM):

Thu Jan 9
MSP-LAS - cleared F at booking (about 6 hours before the flight departed). A350 D1 suite on a positioning flight to LAS for CES - sweet ride!

Sat Jan 11
LAS-MSP - cleared F at booking, which was right around T-120. Not as fun of a ride home, but still comfy!

Sat Jan 25
MSP-ORD - Cleared F at T-120 window
ORD-ATL - #5 for 1 F seat, flew in C+
ATL-LAX - RUC cleared at gate. Probably my best upgrade of the year - D1 suite 777-200LR for 4 hours!

Sun Jan 26
LAX-SJC - Cleared F at T-120 window
SJC-MSP - #2 for 2 F seats. Cleared at gate!

DM with puchased FLL->DTW ticket. Flight is currently within the GM window of upgrades, let alone for DM/PM. According to the seat map, not a single seat has been filled in First. I still haven't been upgraded. Contacted Delta by text yesterday to confirm I was on the upgrade list. "Maybe they just haven't started yet" was the response. Okay.... Can't imagine that 10-15 people have purchased tickets up front and none of them have selected their seats. Thought this is rather strange...

I'm actually wondering if they are holding back because they are thinking of cancelling the flight. I'd estimate the flight is about 80% empty, and the next one of the day could probably accommodate all of the passengers on the flight I am booked on. I'm hoping they need the plane in the DTW hub and it goes without issue....!

10000% Super Bowl

All MIA/FLL-ATL fares through Tuesday in F are selling for full J. I’m guessing the same here - they want to hold back every seat for last minute sale at full fare, probably with some data that some folks who leave the game buy last minute

I’m sure DL will clear anything unsold at the gate

Plat, no reserve. This week's trip:
morning RDU-AUS (CR9) - cleared at window
midday AUS-DTW (320) - cleared three days out
evening DTW-ORD (320) - already 5th for 2 and most people haven't even checked in yet.

2/4 DL 1803 ATL-RDU A-320 PM on a Q Fare: Cleared at Gate. Pretty rare for me to get this route too so it was a nice treat.

Now 42.86% (3/7) on the year.

SFO - JFK 757, 31 of 41 for 1 on Q fare. Upgraded to C+ at T-24. Go middle seat in C+ so assuming higher ranked Medallions opted for aisle/window in Main.

JFK - BOS A319, 3 of 12 for 4 on Q fare. Upgraded to F at Gate. Flight went out with one empty seat in F (?!). FA was great and managed full beverage and snack service on 33 minute flight.

PM:

RDU - CDG, C+ at booking
AMS - BOS, switched flights within 24 hours of departure (after KLM took control) so did not get on C+ list (and C+ went out full), was able to switch to exit row seat after boarding which is a better seat anyway on the A333
BOS - RDU, C+ at the gate, 3 for 0 for F -- switched flights within 24 hours of departure so missed C+ and F windows
