That sucks. Sounds like someone hacked your account and bought a one-way ATL-JNB flight in Delta One...

So have you contacted DL?

What did they say? What did they advise you to do?

That stinks. Call Delta ASAP and report the fraud.

Wasn't there another thread this morning on someone's account getting hacked? It was a similar date and they thought the miles were used for a marketplace purchase. I can't find the thread now though.

They have not replied to my emails. I’m sure they are busy with mid-west weather issues. I have already changed all my passwords. The points were used to buy gift cards.

Yeah, this needs to be done in real time not via email. Call, Twitter, or chat.

Your first thought should be to call
it does not matter how busy you think the airline is.
why you are posting on FT first makes no sense ?
yes members here have great insight but they do not have magic powers to get you back the missing miles.

Welcome to FT! Sorry you had this happen to you, and hope you can get some traction from DL on this quickly.

You didn't say that originally though, you just posted a one-liner statement of fact without any further details.
