How much flying in 2020? What is your status now?
If you are Gold now, then you'll keep it through Jan 31 and also roll over almost 25k MQM. So if you average around 50k MQM a year and it is evenly distributed, then you might be able to achieve Gold in 2020 by June. Then you have 18 months of Gold ahead of you and were only silver for 4-5 months. Assuming you meet the Gold MQD or waiver.
