LAX - KOA
 
I thought Delta 1298 from LAX to KOA was a given, being the only flight per day.

I looked online today (Sunday) and see no flights today or tomorrow.

Even my friend who works for the limo company was surprised. Seems the only Delta flight coming to Kona tonight is from Seattle.

Not sure what you mean saying this flight 'was a given'. There are a lot of flights in the world that aren't daily.

I don't follow it closely but whenever I've looked it has been 4x or 5x weekly. Maybe it goes daily in summer?

Looks like it's only 5 days per week (x1,7) until Christmas

I was sure it was everyday with no seasonal change. Perhaps with SouthWest flying here things have changed.

Google Flights makes researching this pretty trivial. 5x weekly until 12/22, then daily through March. 6x weekly in April and May (no Wednesday flights). Back to daily through the summer. And then back again to 5x weekly in September and October.
