Delta is violating food safety laws with pets in Sky Club

We all know Delta continues to dismiss complaints from customers about other customers who scam the service animal exceptions. Well there's one problem. In Michigan it's illegal under state food safety laws to bring an animal into any licensed food establishment. The only exception is for service animals. Emotional support animals or regular pets are not exempted. It's also a criminal offense to fraudulently claim a service animal.

First off, you are an animal (this is always lost on the anti-dog crowd).

Secondly, you have a valid point. Report them if you want, but whining and complaining online and trying to get everyone riled up isn’t going to fix it. I also wonder if the entire club is considered to be a food establishment, or just the bar area.

Do you feel better now?

What do you think gives you the right to publish photographs of someone on a public forum without their consent?

They’re in a public place, they don’t have much of an expectation of privacy.

Still, this thread will accomplish nothing. But OP doesn’t want to accomplish anything, he just wants to start some good Internet drama.

OP - What was the Health Department's response to the complaint you filed?

Upon seeing the pic it just dawned on me that while I sanitize my hands before digging in the buffet , I never do after I handling the tongs and such to serve myself. I will start now - probably much worse than dog fur transfer on those utensils .

OP, it's starting to get hopeless- people bring their dogs into grocery stores here in CA, and even when I complain to the store manager they seem indifferent.

It's legal, yet tacky.

The woman on the right is dressed like my mother would on her way to pilates. Deary me, standards have long since departed the terminal 😢. Thankfully I only travel in a 3-piece before 1800 and a dinner jacket after 😁.

I'm busy thinking the caption contest uproar this couple would cause if this pic was posted in the dating thread in OMNI. She's probably only with him for his SkyClub membership.
