Upgrade request not showing in app

Upgrade request not showing in app

I have 3 upcoming itineraries, but the app has links to upgrade requests only for the first 2 (before Thanksgiving and the weekend after Thanksgiving). For the third (weekend before Christmas) there is no link to request or manage upgrades.

However, at delta.com I CAN manage upgrade requests for the third itinerary.

Is this one of the famous IT bugs? Any idea whatís going on?

Iím currently on a status match challenge (for FO) but the third itinerary is within the window. Itís also one-way, unlike the other two. All 3 are domestic.

Anyway, strange that the website lets me manage it but the app doesnít. Everything else (like seat selection and paid upgrades) I can do on the app.

Well - now the upgrade request link appears in the app for my third itinerary!

Just 24 hours ago it was not there.

The ticket has to be issued first depending on how you buy it. Could take up to a day or so and you'll know next time if you click receipt and get an error.

Thatís interesting to know - but it doesnít apply in this case, as the Christmas ticket was purchased Nov 3, which was before the after-Thanksgiving ticket (for which the upgrade link has been present and working since purchase).
