25% Mileage Credit on Aeroflot flights

Having traveled approximately 14,000 miles on four Aeroflot flights in Comfort class this past April, I was only given approximately 25% mileage credit. Can anyone explain why this was the case? I can't seem to get a response from Delta.

What was your booking class?

You’ll earn according to what’s published at https://www.delta.com/us/en/skymiles...rline-partners. For Aeroflot, deep discount economy earns 25% MQM / 25% RDM.

Comfort Class is Aeroflot's Premium Select. Both flavors of Comfort should get 100% RDM and MQM.

I didn't fly deep discount economy, I flew Comfort class (premium economy)--shouldn't I be getting more than 25% credit?

On your ticket receipt what fare class did it show? Do you still have your boarding pass? If so, what fare class is shown in the BP? What does Delta show as your fare class? I've had C+ seats assigned to me before even though I was still on a V fare. They couldn't get the upgrade to take so they just assigned me seats. Maybe something wacky like that happened?

Were any day of departure upgrades involved, or were they all purchased as PE fares (W,S,A) at time of booking?

I don't have my boarding passes any longer, but the ticket, which I sent to Delta, shows "Comfort Class/A." I was also seated in the same Comfort Class section seats I reserved when I booked the flights.

No day of departure upgrades. It was booked as Comfort class.

What exactly are they telling you for the 25%? It would seem like this is an easy fix on their end.

Were those tickets showing DL A class or SU A class?

Then, a simple phone call to DL Skymiles should resolve it. They can pull up 006 tickets and see that it was booked in SU A class. SU A class earns 100% EQM.

Isn't this a fare based issue rather than a booking class answer?

I didn't see any answers above about what was the fare base
