Flight delayed by 10 HR, whereto complain.

Recent flight from BUF was delayed for10 Hr. When we arrived in Atlanta after midnight the agent meeting the flight could not have cared less about our problems. We had to arrange and pay for our hotel. Where do I go to complain.

I feel like I would rather byeplane than complane in that situation, but to each their own.

If the delay was due to Delta's fault (e.g. not weather or something outside of their control), you can use the contact form on delta.com. If it was due to weather or something similar, you don't really have recourse.

I'd complane to your third grade teacher for not teaching spelling.

I actually like the "complane" typo... very appropriate.

You can file a complaint with DL on the webform clearly provided on its website. I would make certain that you ask for someone's assistance with spelling & grammar because what you write will be hard to understand if it is as above.

The better question is why you needed a hotel and why DL ought to do something for you. Full facts will go a long way.

Many of you need to go to a bookstore and buy a Canadian dictionary.

Well, they likely misconnected and there were no more flights until the next day. Why wouldn't they want a hotel? Sorry for all of the lousy and unhelpful responses OP.

What was the flight number? I don't see any BUF-ATL flight that was delayed 10 hours on flightaware.
