Question Cheapest refundable ticket with delta - Appreciate any help.

Hi All,

I am a rookie here, and would appreciate someone to light me with a few cheap refundable ticket option with delta. So far the cheapest one I found is around $260, would be great if you have better route which cost less that this. Any help is appreciated here, thank you.

What is the purpose? If you are hoping extend/extract value out of an e-cert or non-refundable fare, it won't work.

If it's for the DL Credit Card Signup bonus you can just buy a gift card fyi.

Going to be hard to beat $260. I found SEA-PSC for $299, $400 for NYC-CHI.

What is your definition of refundable? Very few fares are "100% refundable."

On the contrary. DL offers fully refundable fares on pretty much all routes.

But, that said, until OP returns with an answer, this is a pointless thread.

Thanks for all.
I need to maintain Medallion gold, but cant guarantee to take the trip to want refundable.
Alternatively, any cheapest route (non-refundable) with delta would help too. Thanks.

shouldn’t have to mention this, but presumably OP knows he/she won’t get credit (MQM or MQD or segments) for any purchased tickets until they’re actually flown ...

Not sure what this is going to gain you but here goes. It may not be THE cheapest but it is pretty cheap.

DEN-MSP-DEN Aug 17-18 $140.60.

Oh THE cheapest, even non refundable, look at some of the short hops out of Seattle, PSC-SEA for $96 RT nearly the entire month of October. If you want some more MQMs go with SEA-LAX for $136 for most of October.

If you don't fly it, you won't get any credit for it (even if you choose not to refund it). So we would need to know your home city given that you will potentially need to take the flight.

It’s possible OP qualifies on segments and is tentatively scheduling a segment run but may need to cancel/change the date later, and doesn’t need to worry about MQD/MQMs. A departure city/cities would be helpful for letting us give more guidance.

Also, if it's for DL credit card stuff, if you return the merchandise or refund the ticket, miles tend to be clawed back.
