Sky Club scent?

This might be kind of a weird question but I really like the smell of Sky Clubs. Does anyone know what scent they use and if it’s purchasable?

I've never noticed any scent except for body odor and those who wear too much fragrance.

Why wouldn’t it be? Have you never noticed certain places have a brand scent like Westin hotels? Some of the Centurion Lounges seem to have one as well (although it smells like feet to me). I can’t say that I’ve noticed a scent in SkyClubs but it could be incredibly subtle or washed out by the b.o. mentioned in post 2.

Now I've heard it all

I can't say I've noticed a distinctive smell in the SkyClubs. However I suspect if you warm up a big pot of Campbell's soup on the stove, and leave a few hard-boiled eggs and stale cheese out on the counter, you'll be pretty close.

I’ve actually noticed this scent.....they pump it out near the entrance to JFK T4 SC as one example.

I don't think that it is weird, it is normal to like weird smells.

I always wonder what scent they use in the bathroom, all Delta flights have this distinct smell because of it. It's in an unlabeled small bottle with diffuser on top (just checked the tiny CRJ900 bathroom).

Several clubs have it as you enter. SFO as well.

There is definitely a scent.
Omni hotel lobbies also have a distinct odor.

I could be mistaken but I was in the JFK SkyClub last week and the agents there were telling us about the new partnership with Le Labo and that the SkyClub scent was White Tea & Thyme similar to what they have on-board in the lavatories.

There is absolutely a scent. It's notable that so many folks howl about being allergic to pets on board but I have yet to see anyone take issue with this, despite many people having chemical sensitivities.

When I stay at hotels I have to call ahead and ask them not to spray fragrance in the rooms. The W brand scent is one I really tend to have a bad reaction to. The St. Regis scent is especially strong.

Note that this is common practice in many places, including retail chain stores.

Casinos, I imagine do the same thing.

Ohh, this is absolutely a thing. Most Sheraton's I've been to have a similar scent, and if you've been to an AC Hotels and have watched their intro videos when you first flip on the TV, they talk about it. More info here https://medium.com/@AC_Hotels/the-sc...y-95ea6fed1302

The scent is a Delta-specific fragrance. It’s called “calm”. It is also present in bathrooms and on the hot towels in F/J.
