Best Y seats on DL ERJ-175

Best Y seats on DL ERJ-175
According to seat guru all Y window seats have a misaligned window. What are the best rows for two travelling together? Are any window seats... less bad, less misaligned? For that matter do any have better leg room outside of C+?
Looked for a specific thread on this but came up empty. Mods please move if I missed it. Thanks!

Cool sounds good! Now, to figure out where in Y to sit on the return leg, which is on a CRJ 900...

On the E75 really all seats in Y are the same.
On the CR9 I tend to go for exit row 12 or 13. Tons of legroom but the seat is a little narrower since tray table is in the armrest.
