Delta Buddy Pass Question
 
Hi Everyone! Quick question maybe you guys can help! My buddy passes are going to reset on June 13 of this year so I get 8 more for the next calendar year. I have 5 left for this year I still have not used and my nephew was asking me if he can use 2 for him and his wife. My question is this. If we book it today but he wants to travel in November, will the buddy passes count towards my 5 passes now for this year that are about to expire, or will they count towards my new 8 that will come on June 13th? Appreciate your help in advance!

Welcome to FT! There are a few DL employees who post here (not in any official capacity) but largely it's geared towards revenue pax. You might have better luck asking your internal resources, or there's also a FaceBook Group for DL nonrevs.

As long as you issue the buddy pass prior to your DOH anniversary, it will deduct from the current year’s allotment. Additionally, each buddy pass issued is valid for one year from the date of issue. As always, consult internal resources and verify. The Delta Non-Rev Travel facebook page is a somewhat useful resource should you have other questions.
